For the Lord is good and His mercy endures forever!
Hey, stopping by to share good news with you!
We, the staff, have been praying that God would provide the
funds to buy the intern house next door.
We received an email a couple of days ago from a church in North
Carolina saying that they will be sending to us soon a one time offering. We will be using this offering towards the
purchase of the house. Glory to God!
We also heard from a group that wants to come for a short-term
trip in December this year. It’s cool
the way God answers prayers. We still have openings for groups willing to come
and serve with us during the fall.
Baby Diego's New Room |
Tony Escalante (our site coordinator) and Claudia, his wife, are
very excited for their first born, little Diego, as his arrival date gets
closer. There have been some false alarms lately that made them think that he
was arriving early but it is not his time yet. Anyway, we are excited that God is sending one
more member to the team very soon.
We continue to work on gathering information for our new
ministry Diaspora. We continue to seek
the Lord’s will as we begin this ministry.
Please keep praying for:
- This new adventure, Diaspora.
- For God to open more group opportunities to come and serve with us.
- For interns that would come to work in the different ministries of Broken and our other ministry partners.
- For each of the ministries of Broken: Football Outreach, La Fuente and Hungry Church.
- For Andrea to continue to adjust to her new role with La Fuente and to be a blessing for these kids.
- For Envision Coffee sales in the states and in El Salvador to increase. Also, for our transportation company, Wired Transportes, to increase it’s client base. Envision Coffee and Wired Transportes support our Broken ministries.
- Pray for Tony and Claudia as they expect their first born. Especially for Claudia, as she is being challenged during this last phase of pregnancy. That God will give them wisdom in how to take care of and raise little Diego from the very beginning.
